How Tos
Learn how to master every aspect in Subscrr.
/
- Edit or delete a subscription Change a price after a hike, correct a date, or remove something you have cancelled.
- Use a custom billing interval For anything that does not fit weekly, monthly or yearly: every 3 months, every 10 days, every 2 years.
- Organise with categories Categories drive the breakdown on Overview and let you group your list; scanned receipts get their own, and you can add more.
- Read your dashboard What the big card on Overview means, and what the list of top categories is telling you.
- Cost per day, month and year Why the same subscription is shown four different ways, and why the numbers always agree.
- Calculate what a habit costs Turn "a coffee every working morning" into a monthly and yearly number.
- Scan a receipt with AI Spend Photograph a receipt or a bank screenshot and get the total, the items and the categories filled in.
- Recategorise a receipt item When the scanner puts the dog food under groceries, move it in a tap.
- Browse your scan history Every scan grouped by day, with the receipt picture, the total and the items it contained.
- Read the spending statistics A donut of where the money goes, your biggest expenses, and how one-off purchases are counted.
- Add widgets to your home and lock screen Put the next charge, your month of payments, or a one-tap receipt scan where you will actually see them.
- Reminder settings Pick the time, choose how far ahead each kind of subscription warns you, and mute a single one without touching the rest.
- Put the affirmation on your Lock Screen Go live with the daily affirmation: Lock Screen, Dynamic Island and a home screen widget.
- Search your subscriptions The search bar at the bottom of the list finds anything you track, by name or category.
- Split a subscription's cost Sharing a family plan? Tell Subscrr how many people chip in, and your totals count only your share.
- Mark a payment as paid Tick off what you have already covered, and Paid this month tells the truth.
- Set a duration or a one-off payment Not everything runs forever: give a subscription an end date, or record a single payment.
- Change the app icon Seven looks for the Home Screen. Classic is free, the rest come with Premium.
- Ask Subscrr AI A subscription manager that looks at everything you pay for, finds where you overpay and says what to do first.
